Artwork / Pricing

What types of products are available for customization?

We sell everything from t-shirts to sweatshirts for unisex, ladies, and youth. If you don't see a product you are looking for please email us at: support@creativecustomizing.com.

Can I upload my own artwork for designing a custom product?

Yes, It is best to upload a vector file (PDF, EPS, or SVG) or a high resolution bitmap (PNG) at 300 DPI and the size you would like it to be printed. If a low resolution or low quality image is uploaded you may be charged a $15 - $25 artwork fee.

Artwork that is to be embroidered automatically has a one-time $20 digitizing fee. 

You must also agree to the terms and copyright agreement when uploading your artwork.

Will you design my product for me?

No. However, we do our best to make it easy for you to upload your own design or choose from hundreds of pre-made design templates. 

How are printing prices calculated?

The decoration price is different for each decoration method. 

Screen Printing: The amount of colors in the artwork and quanity of products being printed. 

Full Color Printing: The quanity of products being printed. 

Embroidery: The size of the artwork and quanity of products being sewn. 

Ordering

Is there a minimum number of products I have to order?

Not for full color printing and embroidery. Screen Printing has a 24 piece minimum. 

What forms of payment are accepted?

PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover.

Are there quantity discounts?

Yes. We offer quantity discounts on all of our decoration processes. The blank product price is always the same but the decoration / final price is discounted. 

How can I check the status of my order?

By logging into the website (top right corner). 

How are the products printed?

Our products are decorated using top of the line embroidery, direct-to-garment, direct-to-film, sublimation, and screen printing equipment.

How secure is my information with the website?

Rest assured, our website is secured with the most sophisticated SSL technology and we do not store your credit card information. 

Shipping, Guarantee, & Returns

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and take between 1-5 business days to arrive after shipment.

How are shipping prices determined?

Shipping prices are determined by the total weight of the order unless they are over $100 and then it ships for FREE!

How long does it take for my product to arrive after I order it?

Our production turnaround time is 7-10 business days + shipping, which is 1-5 business days. So at most 3 weeks from the time you place your order, but we strive to get it to you ASAP. 

What guarantee comes with my order?

We offer a money back guarantee on products that are misprinted or of sub-par quality. We are not responsibile for ordering or mispelling mistakes.
